General Information

Location
Our tournament will take place in the Girona, Lloret de Mar area. In addition to Lloret de Mar, we will have other tournament halls and accommodation options in places such as Tossa de Mar, Sils, Vilobí d'Onyar, Arbúcies, Santa Cristina d'Aro and Llagostera.
Facilities
Accommodation will be at 3 and 4 hotels in Lloret de Mar. All hotels have water-dispenser points for the water needs of the players, who will stay on a full-board basis (3 meals a day) at these hotels.
The venues where the matches will be played are high-capacity sports halls in the Lloret de Mar area. You can see images of these sports halls in our photo gallery.
Transfer
You will fly to Barcelona by plane and from there travel to the tournament area by transfer vehicles. There will be no city transfer for matches (walking distance); out-of-town transfers will be made by transfer vehicles.
Daily Program
- Day 1 – Team arrivals, registration and hotel check-in
- Day 2 – Morning group matches – Afternoon group matches
- Day 3 – Morning group matches – Afternoon group matches
- Day 4 – Morning quarter-finals and semi-finals – Classification matches
- Day 5 – Morning finals and team departures
Tournament Details
Across a very wide range of categories, from U11/12 to U17/18, all teams are guaranteed 4 matches.
The participating teams range very widely, from school teams to national teams, and include girls' and boys' teams.
We offer each team the option of bringing a referee who can officiate throughout the tournament days. The conditions for these referees are very advantageous and offer them a unique experience.
The tournament is open to both girls' and boys' teams.

Activities
During the tournament you will be on the Costa Brava strip on Spain's Mediterranean coast. As well as visiting many tourist centres, you will be able to take special tours to places such as Barcelona, Girona and Valencia.
You may have the chance to watch matches of Barcelona's basketball and football teams — one of the world's most important clubs — or to watch a Girona Basket match. Don't miss this chance!

How do I register?
The first step for registration is to reach out to Okare. Each of the programs we offer may have different registration steps, so the best way to register is to contact the Okare team and start the process with their guidance.
You will begin by pre-registering through the pre-registration form we direct you to.
I'm an athlete — can I register individually?
You can register individually for many of our sports camps.
Individual participation is also possible for the competitions we offer in individual disciplines such as swimming, tennis and athletics.
In addition, we also have programs where teams formed from individual participants compete.
You can find this information in the program's details.
I'm a coach/manager — do I have to pay a participation fee too?
Many of our programs offer free participation for a coach/manager in return for a certain number of participants.
As this varies from program to program, it is best to contact the Okare team with your group's details and get a suitable group price quote.
Can I find out details such as hotel names?
For some of our programs the accommodation options are fixed. In that case we can share information so you can review the hotels/camp facilities where you will stay. For other programs the accommodation options are arranged according to your choice and the program's occupancy; in that case we can inform you of the accommodation details some time before the event.
But don't worry — working together with you, we are always in contact with the program organisers to arrange accommodation where you and your group will be comfortable.
How do we make payments?
The payment terms required by our different programs can vary.
For your payments, you should contact the Okare team to get information along with a program-specific offer.
I'm a parent — can I join too?
Parent participation is permitted for some of our programs. In that case, for you parents, we can offer accommodation either at the athletes' accommodation centres or at other accommodation options.

Can you provide additional services on request?
For many of our programs we can provide additional services such as extra transfers, excursions, friendly matches and match tickets on request.
